Suzuki Strijdom Park Bad Service

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase experience at your dealership. I recently acquired a 2023 Suzuki S-Presso 1.0 GL AMT from your showroom at Cnr Malibongwe & C. R. Swart Drive, 72 Langwa St, Strydompark, Randburg, 2194, South Africa.

While I appreciate the overall quality of the vehicle, I am disappointed to discover that the new model does not come fitted with a car radio. This was not communicated to me during the purchase process, and I am now faced with the inconvenience and additional expense of having to get it fitted myself.

As a customer, I believe that such essential information should be transparently communicated during the sales process to avoid any surprises for the buyer. It is disheartening to find out about this after the purchase, and I feel this impacts the overall satisfaction with the buying experience.

they said they would pay for half of the radio and gave me 2 options of radios to be fitted and then i chose the proper radio then they had the modality to tell me they only pay for the cheaper version and i still need to pay for the fully for the radio we want to be put in , they got there sale now the customer is thrown to one side very unprofessional of the Manger and saleslady .
