FIRST CAR BAD EXPERIENCE

My sister and I app**** for a KIA PICANTO 2019 1.0 STREET, and the bank approved our finance application. We accepted the deal and were excited to collect the car on the agreed day. However, on the day we were supposed to collect the car, we were informed that it had been double-sold. From that point on, we were given the runaround and had to constantly inquire to get any updates. We were left feeling extremely let down by the whole experience.
