Poor Service

My husband purchased and paid for a set of windshields for my vehicle, the sales man only after the transaction informed us they have no stock. They are to order and will come put them on the following week as they will have their year end function and no one will be available. The same day we requested that they order another set as we will be coming to purchase another set for our other vehicle. Two weeks later i called the store requesting that they order as they did not have stock. A week later i called again and spoke to two gentlemen and no one had an idea what i was talking about...I requested AGAIN that they order and call me once they have. In the meanwhile i sent a message to the store manager informing her of my disappointment in service. On her reply she informed me that she listened to the voice recordings and the confusion is that the gentlemen did not know what i was talking about as they do not call windshields the same and thought i was talking about a window...they call them wind visors. Well stunned i did not reply as they knew what i needed as they previously supp****. One of the gentlemen phoned me back the next day and informed me the stock has not yet come, so i requested he call me once it does arrive. It has been one week later now and still not call or feedback.
