Worded service Suzuki Revonia

I took my car for service at Suzuki with the hope that it would be properly serviced however the service was a waste of time as the dealer refused to even look in some of the issues on the car.The car came back with a sound on the suspension ,hooter still not working.The only job done was change oils and Oli filter.Their reasoning is that my car should go back to the Panelbeater who worked on the car after it was involved in an accident .I didn't know that a Suzuki car after the accident ,the dealership(Suzuki)can not work on it even if you are willing to pay.They further said”they needed more time to trace the cables on the hooter”that is why they did not get it fixed.Why do you call a client to collect a half done car.I will never buy a Suzuki car ever again or take my car to Suzuki Revonia
