Suzuki Vereeniging is seriously poor in serving

I live in Potchefstroom but I'm currently in the Vaal, I had an accident here here I lost my side mirror. When I contacted Suzuki Vereeniging, the communication was so poor that before they ordered the part i want I asked they refund me my full amount. I'm going back to Suzuki Potchefstroom where I service my car, excellent service all the time. I'm hoping they will do a good job as always.
