Sorry for purchasing car from dealership

I purchased a Kwid 2019 from Suzuki in Paarden Eiland in Cape Town. Withiin five days when driving with my disabled grandchild the car stopped without warning. I immediately contacted the sales person who although very nice informed me to bring the vehicle in. It took around 10 minutes before it started again. I drove to the dealership and he informed me to bring the car in so it can be put on a diagnostic machine. Unfortunately my grandson was traumatised so I went home. I informed him that i am unhappy and don't want the car but he said it was too late. I already had it financed by the bank and I had paid them R40 000 deposit. I tried to drive the car and it broke down three more times. The car is now with them. I am so disappointed and deeply upset as when i went to drop the car off, the sales manager was not really interested. The salesman was nice but basically said it could be the transponder in the key and machines, cars etc do have issues. He drove me home in my car. What was so interesting is that I asked whether they would take the car back and pay the money back to the bank and also to refund my deposit but he said no it was too late. Very interesting as the car broke down within five working days. All I wanted was a reliable vehicle . I really don't want that car back I have no faith in their cars or that dealership. I intend to take this matter up legally as i believe especially due to the time frame they should do the decent thing and take the car back. Its a pity that the dealership treat their customers like this. The car also slides when turning corners. Interesting the way car dealers are. My previous car I purchased via Barons and wow they are fantastic. The only positive is that the sales person is a very nice man however the manager showed no interest when I was there at all. They will no doubt come back to me and say everything is fine. I have no option but to explore legal options now which means spending more money instead of them doing the decent thing in taking the vehicle back. Broke down a total of four times but according to them its the transponder in the key. Still awaiting the outcome of the diagnostic test. Deeply disappointed, I usually work from home however this week I have physical meetings so I will be taking public transport. Imagine paying a car off and insurance and walking in the dark to take public transport with a laptop. I usually don't post reviews but I am devastated.
