Unsatisfactory service by Sukuzi Nelspruit
Last year arround this time we bought a brand new Suzuki ertiga with Suzuki Nelspruit. About 2 month ago it started giving us problems by cutting the power and sometimes it could come to a stand still in the middle of the traffic. When we took it to the dealer they couldn't find out what the problem was until it did the same thing this morning and I drove it straight to the dealer. They struggled to diagnos it again until around 3pm when they figured out that the petrol pump was faulty. They loaded a warranty claim and told us the car was undrivable and that the part would take about 3 weeks to arrive. I then asked if they were gonna get us a courtesy car since this was a factory fault. The dealer did'nt want to take responsibity for that and refered us to call Suzuki SA to arrange a courtesy car with them. I told them that the only car we have is the one they are having in their workshop for repairs and that we use the very same car to run our everyday lives which requires us to have a car. The dealer principal instead told how its totally not they responsibilty to get us a car to sustain us until they fix our vehicle. We were then offered a "get rid of us" ride to fetch the kids and dropped us at home. Tommorrow is a new day and I'm so stressed as to how to get the kids to school and back remember is exam times. How my wife will get to work tonight and back. Sad that when you buying the car you are told all this fairytales on how you shouldn't worry if the car breakdown. On how you'll get assistance incase it happens until it does happen then the dealership wash their hand off you and refer you to the manufacturer.
