Bad aftersales service from Suzuki.

We purchased a new Ignis from Suzuki Nelspruit and had extras fitted by Suzuki before collecting the vehicle. A week or so after driving the vehicle we noticed that the inserts around the taillights were starting to come loose, and the boot spoiler was completely loose on the one side. after an entire year of speaking to the salesman I personally spoke to the Dealer principal. The boot spoiler was incorrectly installed, and the entire boot spoiler is drilled full of holes. I insisted on a replacement as an entire year of rainwater and dust has been running into this boot lid. I have had lawyers' phone and write letters, and the response was that they will replace the damaged boot lid and that they will contact the lawyer but to date nothing has happened. I now have lawyers' fees pilling up with no joy from Suzuki. I have all correspondence and pictures of the damage to the vehicle.
