Suzuki after sales services *** !!!

Never buying a bike from these guys again ... my bike has been standing now for 2 weeks and it has taken them this long to realise the spare they ordered is not in stock in Japan so now they trying to find another spare ..if i had not phoned when would they have goten back to me and now its atleast another 2 weeks with out my bike cause they dont have spares for any part on my bike in this country , they were happy to sell me the bike and take my money .. been riding Suzuki for years and years , this is the last one i will ever buy !!!! Its my only transport and the bike is only 4 years old !!! totally ******* after sales services . the guy on the phone was very nice and very polit and understanding but i am sorry that is not solving the problem .
