Refused to service

Bought a brand new 2020 Suzuki motorcycle with extended service plan in January 2020. In june 2020 when I wanted to service the vehicle they refused to service because they forgot to log the extended service on their system after I have given them proof that it was negotiated when the vehicle was purchased. This service is pathetic and I would not recommend them to anyone.
