lost or ****** parts!

I sent my bikes engin in for repairs and waited 4 mounths for parts and to top that i waited 3 weeks for them to fit it in the engin! They phoned me 4 diffident times during that 3 weeks to come pick up my engin just to turn around dissapointed and if that wasnt enough, I later discovered that 2 parts inside the engin are missing and its not just any small parts that can fall out due to handeling, those parts are taken out!! Im sick of suzuki( bike choice ) in worcester!!
