Bad customer service

I had dropped of my car yesterday at Suzuki kyalami. Unfortunately my husband had told me that you mentioned the brakes have to be changed again after this was done at your branch earlier this year.

I would like you to note that the car was purchased the middle of December in January the milage was 54000 ,when your company opened there was arrangements made with the dealership in Kzn to replace my brakes. Which supposed to be done according to my knowledge. I then phoned you guys over the lockdown period to find out about your opening dates to sort out the shutter noise as you replaced the brakes.

My car then went in for major service in May and i was told that the brakes are perfectly new when i asked about the shutter noise they mentioned it was just a small pin that was loose and i was told that it does not need to be replaced. Very dissatisfied at this situation and the bad customer service experience with this dealership.
