Worse Service Experience

I recently sent my car in to be serviced. I received a call that the car was ready for collection the Monday thereof and because I didn't have someone to pick the car up, I asked to pick it up first thing in the morning when they open. I got there with the intention that the car would be all ready to go, instead I waited there for about half an hour if not more, because the car was only then going to the wash bay. This made me late for work. I got called and asked about the service and said that I wasn't happy. I was told that this happened because they were experiencing problems with the power/pressure hose and would be contacted for a free wash as soon as it got fixed. It's been almost 2 weeks now and I am still waiting.
