Poor service from the foreman.

on the 27 November 2020 i took my car for a service at Ipop suzuki rossetenville branch,i received the best service from Karabo,service manager and everyone working in there,i woke up this morning to realise that my tyre pressures are not corolating to the screen,i contacted the branch since i only prefer them to touch my car,As usual the Friendly Karabo asked me to come at 2pm and i got there she asked Jandre who's supposed to be the foreman to quickly doit for me and he told me of how busy they are and it could take long to re-calibirate my car,i must come back tomorrow,i used my petrol to go there and he didnt even consider that.it only takes less than 5min to calibirate but he made it sounds like it's rocket science,the questions he asked me didnt seem like he's got a clue of what he's talking about.i have been going to that branch and always finding friendly people and friendly service.if Karabo and the service manager with the rest of the friendly team were not there i would have spend the entire day on that couch waiting for him to come and calibirate my car. that was really un-acceptable,i suggest he gets a customer service training so he gets the basics of how to deal with customers,that was a fault of the branch which he didnt need to keep me there all day for as if i am there for a car service.i would normaly rate the branch 5 star but Jandre dropped 3stars.
