Poor Service

This 5 star rating quickly turned into a 1 star after my vehicle was purchased. The aftercare service from this dealership is pathetic. I had scratch and dent cover with my insurance company, which i canceled because the dealership sold me a deal i thought would be better. I was offered support and assistance with claims which was always a nightmare. It is 10 months later and I've completed my claim form but the repair was never done on my vehicle. Every single time the excuse for not having my car repaired is personal issues that staff is facing. I've escalated my concerns to the Dealer Principal and there has been no feedback. Honestly the worst service I've ever experienced from a dealership.
