Poor Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service. They will not see me again. I took my vehicle for service on 13 February 2025 at SuzukiCenturion. I've waited for almost an hour for a driver to shuttle me and four other clients and another 30 minutes to be dropped off.

When I take my wife's vehicle for service at her dealership (Toyota), they book a Bolt or Uber and I'm back at the office within minutes.

No one called me to inform me that the vehicle is ready. I called them at 16h00 and the switchboard transfered me to a voicemail. I went to fetch my car at 16h24 and will never go back to Suzuki Centurion again.
