Problems that experienced after servicing the car at Suzuki Burgersfort

Serviced Centre: Suzuki Burgersfort Date Booked: 19 July 2024 Payment Method: Cash Car Registration: HD07HNGP VIN NO: MA3EWB53S***9 On the above date,after service,I have experienced the following 1. While putting the car on drive mode,it made a very loud noise . This was experienced in the presence of the receptionist management and the technicians. They further said it is the wheels since water affected them after washing. 2.During drive off,meanwhile applying breaks. The car makes an irritating noise to date. Yet they said they fixed,I even drove around with the technician on the 20th of July 3024. 3. On the 23th of July 2024. The car gave a signal and according to the receptionist. It is gearbox light. 4. According to the receptionist I'm liable to pay for fixing the problems,that occurred prior the service. NB: I did not experience all this problems prior service. Kindly intervene and resolve the matter accordingly.
