Dishonest sales person

I had the worst experience, I bought a used car in 2021 March, I was told by the sales person that the car had done service recently and that there's no need for a book as the records are online. When I took the car for service this year, from the records pulled 2020 and 2021 dont show. The sales person won't tell me where the car did service for those two years, he keeps making promises. I was also charged delivery fee even though I collect the car myself.
