Bryanston Suzuki Good Service

My introduction to Suzuki came through Ian the used car manager who allowed me to test drive a Suzuki Dzire. I enjoyed the initial experience and decided to get approval from my wife to buy a new Dzire. New sales manager Eddie took over and gave excellent service leading to our purchase of the Dezire in February 2020.

We thoroughly enjoyed the car with its AMT gear system. However, we did have problems with a judder which was attended to after Suzuki SA became involved and was sorted out most successfully. The Dealer Principle, Naeem Essop, authorised Eddie too arrange a loan car whilst ours was being attended to. We found the service department very friendly with service advisors Tebozo & Ebrahim attending to our problem with ease & a smile. Thanks to Service manager Sashen for seeing the work through to its satisfactory conclusion. We love our Dzire and have already introduced another purchaser to Bryanston Suzuki.
