WORSE SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

Today I am enraged with all kinds of anger, took my Baleno in for 45 000 kilometer service. The car came back rattling, shacking and breaks squalling not to mention hot, and hot air blowing from a cold A/C (air condition). The wait for the car ( please note the service was booked on Friday, after asking if i may bring in the car the following day, i was told "no because is is a major service") booked in at 07:00- told to wait until 08:00 (no checking was done) for what? When calling the service assistance or booking assistant, I was told the car is in the washing area at 15:00...when arriving at 15:30 , again told to wait until 16:30, the car arrived, dirty, 150 kilometers driven and never mind the fuel used ...

So please explain to me in- simple English- what happened and why?
