Suzuki Boksburg not taking responsibility for inferior parts

Suzuki Boksburg , we’re so I begin.

I bought a Suzuki carry nee and writhing 2 weeks they had to replace the rear shock .

No problem but a inconvenience non the less. Fast forward to 35000 km and the bearing is going , after a fight and threats they made me change my tyres ( was not the tyres -oops )then realised it was the bearing .

We then notice and reported the shock seems to be leaking right hand side.

Now they want me to pay for half after some ******* excuse that the bakkie was not serviced there from day one and so fourth.

This in my opinion was an inferior and dud bakkie sold to me with a shock leaking oil only after 35000 km .

I will not recommend Suzuki Boksburg to any one and do not buy the carry bakkie .

I want the shock ( inferior shock to be replaced and will go to the ombudsman if need be )

Out of principle I won’t replace a part that should last at least 150000 km
