Service maintenance???

When I planned to buy my car, which I decided would be a Suzuki (3rd one in 8 years), I had read many reviews stating that after sales service was not very good. I however, went ahead and purchased one from Boksburg branch and must say, Litha and Kim were phenomenal. My 15000 Km service went well but trying to make an appointment for my 30000Km service did not go smoothly. I understand that service and maintenance are busy but they never seem to return calls. I now no longer leave messages for them to phone me back. Come on Suzuki Boksburg. Your service maintenance sucks. Please do something about it.
