No feedback on my service books after a month

It's been a month and I don't have my vehicle's service books returned to me after it was taken out during a repair. Very poor feedback. Commitments made and not kept, so it's very frustrating dealing with them. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I personally will not give them future business.
