My Vitara is not even a month old...

I recently purchased a bran new Zuzuki Vitara from the Boksburg dealership, and I am not even going to go into the fact when they placed my number plates on, they managed to fasten both number plates to the front of the vehicle and proceeded to scratch my number plates when trying to get one off. Not even a month into my new drive, my AC stopped working. I took it in to have it looked at and they indicated that they needed to order a 'valve' that needed to be replaced: they would call me and let me know when I could bring my car in. A week and a half goes by and I hear nothing from them, today I called to follow up and they tell me I have to wait another 21 days before they can give me an ETA. Should I really be content to drive a bran new car for +- two months without an AC and be told, because the part is coming from head office there is nothing I can do.
