Making a miracle, brilliant service!

Brilliant service, speed and a miracle. I would like to say thank you to Juan Kachelhoffer for the brilliant service. I had called every single Suzuki dealership in gauteng trying to get big end bearings to fix my car. Everyone gave me a lead time of 20 days minimum. Every single person I called couldn't help, even other spares places. I called Suzuki boksburg and spoke to Juan, he said they do have and can get it to me by Monday. I paid for them and he let me know he was going to the factory and would pick them up same time. I got my bearings same day and my car is back up and running. Juan kept me updated, made a miracle happen and was extremely professional. I am extremely grateful for the brilliant service received from him. Thank you Juan.
