Empty promises and excuses all the time

Bought and expensive vehicle from the second hand dealership at Suzuki Boksburg, only to find out that all 4 wheels on the car was warped. They explained that they would fix the problem, and after waiting for over a month they did collect the car to fix the issue, however when the car was returned to me the wheel paint was left in a very poor condition (wheels sanded and straightened but never repainted), balancing was not done and tire pressures were through the roof, even dangerous to drive with. Complained once again and another 2 weeks have passed with not resolution to the problem. This is the last problem I am stuck with amongst a host of other issues while dealing with this dealership who keeps making empty promises and excuses.
