Bad service!!! I want my money!!!

Very long story short!! They quoted me R173 ex VAT for a mirror and R215 ex VAT for cover. Swiped over R700 on my card and then tell me no stock! Days later they call and say they found a mirror, just to get there and being told i must pay R4650 ex VAT i need a new complete mirror. I took my car and left. Got a mirror and cover as 1 unit from Suzuki ELS for R170!!! Mirror was courierd to JHB and within a day the mirror is on my car and working 100%! Still waiting for my refund from Boksburg. Every day i call and they say it will appear becoz we are both FNB clients! Still waiting!!!! I want my money you *********** ******! Managers doesn’t take calls and staff doesn’t give names of managers. What a bleddy joke of a business! O already wrote to Suzuki South Africa, but they haven’t responded. I paid on 27 Feb and can’t get my money back. They were quick to swipe my card but where’s my refund! You’re dealing with the wrong person here, my patience are running out. My next move I’m going to mention names of people I dealt with and it will go more public than Hello Peter. Just give my money back. You ripped me off and stole my money ?
