BAD service

I wanted to buy a Suzuki Celerio. I asked for a quote and the sales consultant, Jacques came back with a quote.

They want to charge extra on a car, where no other car dealer does this, for carpets and paint? R 2700.00!!! Which is supposed to be inclusive of the car how do you charge extra on that?!

Then they want to charge R3000.00 For Smash and Grab where the Price is R 1500.00?!

Then they want to charge for License fees and Registration and petrol R 5000.00?!!! Excuse me. How does that work? My husband just both a new bakkie from nissan and none of these extra fees where on!

The National Consumer Tribunal concluded that it was incumbent on the credit providers not to pay the Dealer upon invoice for costs, fees or charges prohibited under the National Credit Act, if the credit provider does so, it cannot legally impose any monetary obligation on the consumer for such fees or charges.
