Absolutely terrible

I am extremely displeased by the service and workmanship shown to me today at this branch.

Employees are unhelpful and simply stare at you upon arrival. Having at least 3 employees completely ignore me on arrival for both drop-off AND collection of my vehicle for its service today.

They offer a lift service after dropping your car off, it took an hour for a driver to arrive to take me home. Usually I am understanding of this, but the driver who took me complained that other employees who could have taken me chose not to and blamed this on poor management (drivers words).

I was then called at 13h30 to say my car is being washed and will be ready soon. I arrived at 14h30 to collect and was told my number plate was recorded wrong as well as my name not being on their "list". Eventually at 15h20 my car is finally ready for me (just under 2 hours since they supposedly started washing my car). You'd think this car would be shining after 2 hours of washing, incorrect, the guys washing windows with a 500ml bottle of water at the robots do a better job in 30 seconds. The engine bay wasn't touched, but I'm unsure if that is common practice.

My brakes had somehow gained 2mm after the last service 15000km ago, their response to this was that my last service (at this same branch) wasn't done properly. My service book wasn't stamped, luckily I checked before leaving. There was a ***** stuck in one of my tyres, not reported, telling me their "multipoint" check wasn't done.

I have absolutely zero faith that this service was done properly, and I will sure as hell not be stepping a foot in that branch again.
