Worst dealer

Went to Suzuki Montana to look at the Baleno. The whole viewing experience was horrible, when i mentioned the current 1.4 GL special the salesperaon was not even aware of it and after consulting with the manager he said the best price they can give me is almost R19 000 more than what the special is advertised for, when i insisted that the special price is what i am willing to pay i was constantly told about the GLX model, when i enquired about the difference between the 2 i was told lies about the GL model such as it does not have electric windows, bluetooth ect. I then continued to ask that they evaluate my current vehicle for trade in and that we start the application process. The vehicle was assessed and i was told i will be emailed with the offer and application the nest day, till today 9 days later i am still awaiting correspondence from Suzuki Montana. Did you think you could lie and take me for a ride because i am a woman or did it seem like i dont have any money so why help me. FYI check your system or contact Suzuki Hatfield, the vehicle has been bought and will be delivered next week under surname Czujko, you lost out on a sale due to *********** staff. I will be writing an excellent review for Suzuki Hatfield
