Worse Service with a SMILE

<p>I had to occasions to utilise the Suzuki Franchise in George the first to have a rear light replacement part which ended up in my conclusion that the service and staff is the most layed back group that simply could not be bothered. In the end I had the part couriered via Cape Town to my home and installed via a third party dealership. The second encounter and somehow I did not learn was to service my Suzuki and the bill included spark plugs at R 337.48 each on enquiry from front desk to general manager the response was but that is the price and while they agree that it is high, you know what they are not bothered. </p> <p> </p> <p>My advise to all is to avoid the dealership at all costs iro of the vehicle you happen to own as one they are not really interested nor can are they willing to assist but they gladly take the money</p>
