Worse Service Experience

I booked my car in for servicing with the Bassonia branch early this year. Everything was fine, until I got home and realised that the oil cap had been left open and the oil completely spilled out. In informed the servicing department and a man got sent out to my house to refill the oil. He apologised for the mistake and promised that they would give me a call to have the car and engine washed. That was in January, I am still awaiting that call.
