Witch is worst? Suzuki vehikels or Suzuki service?

I purchased a brand new Suzuki Jimny @ the Pretoria Centurion branch in September 2020. After complaining about a noise on the gearbox before its first service was due. I was told that “All Suzuki has that noise on the transfer case” by the mechanic/ technician.

The issue you will find with this *********** statement is not in the pure stupidity but rather in that they expect a client to pay for the default rather than under warranty.

After purchasing the client service is rather poor. I would not recommend any one in South-Africa purchase a Suzuki Jimny. They are advertised as a true 4x4 but there warranty’s and client service is not up to standard what so ever.

I owned Toyota and Ford pick-upps / bakkie’s . Unlike SUZUKI both of above mentioned companies stand by there products when something brakes/fails in the field and it still under warranty they fix it.

Suzuki claims driver abuse and wants you to pay for it. So all potential clients please note!! Do not drive your Suzuki 4x4 or cars on tar roads in the city, cause that is where i drove mine when the gearbox issues started.

And lastly do not expect Suzuki South-Africa or regional branches to tri and assist / help. There warranty’s is not up to any standard of any other car manufacturing brands. Do not buy or do business with them. And if you are happy with there service……. Good for you
