Window rubbers bending & peeling - No FEEDBACK

To whom this may concern:<br> <br> I have taken my car for a defective product (dust strut covers) to Menlyn Suzuki for replacement in November/December 2014.<br> <br> I reported the issue of my window rubbers that are bending and peeling as the car was not yet 3 years old at the time. <br> <br> The Service manager had reported it to Head office and is still waiting for feedback from the relevant person/s.<br> <br> I took my car in for service last week and was told they have not received feedback from Haman Bhoola from Head office in Sandton, it is close to 3 months now.<br> <br> Please can someone from Head office look into my concerns.<br> <br> Mr Naidoo<br>
