Why I will never buy a Suzuki ever again.
It has been a long and draining after sales experience with Suzuki since I purchased a new Swift in April 2014.

It has now been just over a month since my email to the Dealer Principal at the Midrand Branch, Yukio Sato (who I still think is a fictitious person) who is the MD at Head Office and still and once again, no response!

Within 6 month of purchasing my car, the driver's arm rest is beginning to fray. After up and down emails between myself, Head Office and the Midrand branch which took another 6 months to get an reply, they simply told me that they will not replace the armrest as this is wear and tear. No proper investigation was done.

This is not wear and tear! The Dealer Principal at Midrand very well could see that there is something underneath the armrest that is causing the fabric to fray!

The staff at Head Office who hold the Titles that they do should not be in the position that they hold and so much for the lady in their Customer Service department.

There just is no after sales service from Suzuki! Consider this before purchasing any Suzuki. Also, I have dealt with 3 Dealer Principals within a 3 month period at Midrand. The staff turnover is crazy.
