What lies benearth the big red bow.....
I purchased a vehicle from Suzuki Northcliff in June 2014.
At time of collection of the vehicle:
1. I had to ask for the papers for the extra insurance they offered, for which I had paid - I would have expected that to be handed to me and explained to me at time of collection.
2. They put the wrong tint on the car - told me they had tinted two cars on the same day and mixed them up. - They refused to fix this for me. I had to go directly to Llumia to have that problem resolved - (Llumia, by the way, offer an EXCELLENT service).
3. I needed to check the suspension of this vehicle but they had no time for me. I took the car to Suzuki Bryanston instead, where I might add, I received a far warmer response and excellent service. (Which leads me to think that not all Suzuki dealers carry on like Suzuki Northcliff.)
3. Now, one year later, I am wondering why the car license has expired and why the AARTO reminder has never arrived in the post box. Turns out they registered my car with a physical address rather than a postal address. One might have thought this kind of thing was second nature to them, but clearly not. Guess who has to pay the fine? They refuse (unsurprisingly).
