Was **** to by Charlotte

I called into Suzuki Helderberg on Saturday, 06Feb and spoke with Charlotte, i advised her that i was interested in a specific car and was willing to come in to the store to have a look at it, at this moment my mind was already made up to buy, Charlotte advised me that the store closes at 12:30. This was at 12:20 and i knew that i would not make it. I then asked Charlotte what my options were and she advised that she will reserve the car for me until Monday. I agreed and let her know that i would be in on Monday morning before 10am. On Monday at 09:15 i called Charlotte and let her know that i was on my way to the dealership.. Halfway on the N2 at 09:30 Charlotte called me to let me know that she had sold the car to someone else. I feel that the way this was done was very *********. I then noticed today that there was another AD placed for the same car. The consultant i spoke to let me know that the car is available, i then called back and spoke with Graham the manager, he then told me it was infact sold. I am very dissapointed in the service received, the consultants are not very knowledgeable about the business and i would definitely not recommend anyone to this store!
