Very unhappy, customer

Suzuki SA we recently purchased a Baleno 2018 demo model we are very happy with the vehicle we have however now picked up our back speaker is not playing to cut a long story short we were told their is a fault on the wire leading but can't be replaced by Suzuki as it is not covered under the warranty although the radio etc comes factory fitted. What now???? Seems like we being blamed for fiddling with wires under door panels really now.
