Urgent matter!!!!!

I don’t recommend anyone dealing or purchasing vehicles from Suzuki ) specifically the Hampson Suzuki dealership in Scottsburgh, Durban. I recently purchased a new vehicle on the 2nd of February 2024 from the dealership, after a day or two of driving the vehicle I noticed it had a loud noise whenever I started it and drove it which indicated an exhaust leak. I sent the car back to the dealership only for them to find a perfectly round hole in the middle of the exhaust box with no other damages to the exhaust or any other parts or areas of the car. This seemed extremely odd as I did not hit anything or drove over anything while driving. I would have clearly heard a noise if I did. I’ve got the vehicle for less than a month. I contacted the sales manager of the dealership and explained to him what the situation was, only for him to be extremely rude and arrogant. His behaviour was absolutely pathetic. After asking if him what the way forward was or assisting further, all he had to say was “it’s my problem and not theirs”. He insists that I drove over something, kept cutting me off when I tried to speak, made it very clear that me purchasing the third vehicle from the dealership was not acknowledged and insignificant, as well as did not bother whether he lost a loyal customer. This is my third vehicle that I purchased from this dealership and it’s extremely disappointing that they can treat a loyal customer or speak to them in this manner. He took advantage in the way that he spoke as I am a young female and that should not be warranted. I will no longer be referring anyone else to Hampson Suzuki Scottburgh as their customer service is extremely pathetic, they are very unprofessional in the way that they speak. I even took it up to the director and he basically just made excuses and made it seem as if he did not believe a word that I had told him. I am very disappointed in the service and will no longer be dealing with Suzuki once I get a new vehicle.
