Unprofessional

I took my car to Suzuki Pietermaritzburg when they were supposed to give me a lift, they told me they cover a radius of 4Km only, when I spoke to the senior member of staff , he told me all other dealers cover a radius of 4 Km but when I got to work asking my colleagues, they told me that their dealers gives them a lift to where we work . That frustrated me more to hear that what I was told by Suzuki staff member was not true.
