Unfair treatment and **************
Good day hello Peter my complaint and concern it is as follows , the manner in which how Polokwane personnel handled my case as customers it's not good and I'm not happy, I think they are taking advantage of me as a female customer and that I don't know anything about the vehicle , how can I brought the car for service on the 24 April 2023, I just drove one trip then the second one my car stops along the road without any alert, lost power and when I sent the car to Polokwane BB Auto Suzuki to their attention because the vehicle is still new and under the warranty, they said it's petrol without any proof and they also said if I need proof from them as I asked it they said I must pay R3500 for proof and they gave the quotation of the parts and labor that is cost R18500-00 and what worries me is that I'm not the only person who poured petrol from the same pump but only my vehicle is having a problem that the Suzuki BB Auto Polokwane cannot help me, I used to pour petrol at the same garage and same pump my vehicle is now 32778 kilos I'm not using it it's still new I most drive my work vehicle, I bought Suzuki Ertiga in 2020 August brand new and I never gave anyone my vehicle always packed at home unless we need to go out as a family, and I didn't travel even 1000 km after the service I'm Depressed because I don't have the money that they need me to pay, and my vehicle is still there without any help, since 5 June 2023 till to date, they said it's not machanical the cause it's petrol so warranty doesn’t include that and after I poured a petrol 95 I traveled more than 200km then it started to lose power just near Polokwane I then towed it to my home in Polokwane , I wrote my complaint or query to Suzuki SA but till today they didn't help me,. Your assistance in this regard will highly appreciated
