Trade in was never settled with the MFC bank

Good Day<br> On the 27th August 2014 I JM Fernandes went to Suzuki in Emalahleni to purchase a new car. Everything went well. All the documents were sign and my old car was traded in and I signed the document that stated the above dealer would settle MFC of the amount R98000.00. And I bought my new Suzuki which was financed through Absa got the car registered and all is well with the new car. MFC brought it to my attention that I still owe on my old vehicle there was never been settlement done by the Suzuki Dealer. I have not got the car and according to the bank I owe that money. Spoken to the person at MFC and to the people at Suzuki and now Wesbank is also involved and a Attorneys and nothing can be done. Now MFC wants to reposes the vehicle. Please what must I do now where do legally stand. I need help with this matter if anybody could inform me of the procedure that I must follow would be appreciated.<br> Thank you <br>
