Traction control Suzuki Jimny

I have been a proud Jimny owner for the past two years. Today I am disappointed, and I fear driving my Jimny. This weekend I went to fit my car with a new set of tyres at Tiger Wheel and Tyre (TWT) with the General Grabber all terrain (came highly recommended for Jimny's). I drove home, using the same road I've driven for the past two years, and lost control of the car as I turned into a corner. Fortunately I managed to avoid hitting a cement wall and was only left with shaking legs and the fright of my life. I contacted TWT and they were very apologetic and sympathetic about what had happened and went above and beyond to investigate the problem. They couldn't find anything wrong other than some minor balancing, which in their opinion would not have caused this. I contacted the Cape Town Suzuki dealership, they said it sounds like traction control and made me aware that there is a R700 inspection fee if they don't find anything wrong or if the problem is not warrantee related. They are also only able to book my car in for inspection in four days time. In the meantime I searched the web for answers. I found a 4x4 community site where people complained of the same issue, and from their experience, the dealers all said there is nothing wrong, so I decided to phoned the Suzuki Stellenbosch branch where I purchased my Jimny. The sales person said (as predicted) there is nothing wrong with the car and that the tyres are the problem. She took it too far when she said I should not believe what I read on the internet and that she has not had any customers complain of this issue. Ironic since I am one of her customers. This lack of customer care is shocking and appalling considering that I almost crashed my car on a tar road going around a bend at 60km/h. I don't want to imagine what would have happened driving on a gravel road or with a heavy load. I will be selling my Jimny.
