this agent has no adequate solution to my problem

Since purchasing our Suzuki alto, we seem to be having a problem with abnormal tire wear on the front tires, but it doesn't stop there because when you turn the steering all the way to the right it the left front wheel does not turn smoothly it almost forces the tire to turn which causes the wheel to slide, the differential is suppose to correct that in order to get a smooth turning circle.right? The average tire last a minimum of 25000 km according to my research. But we've changed tires every 12000 km since we bought the car which is ridiculous! ! The tires are showing steel belts at the time change. Our service warranty was 45000 km or 3 years. We've booked our services at 1 year intervals as we didn't reach the 15000 km mark. And every time we send it in the tires are already busted. I asked Suzuki from the very 1st service to check it out and give me a report back. They haven't! Last week I took it for a out of warranty service and ask them to check again. They reported that this is a regular occurrence with the alto, and that the small cars do use up tires quicker, this being said without investigating. And if it was a manufacturer fault shouldn't they recall thosevehicles?
