Terrible Service Suzuki

Terrible service on car repair at Suzuki/Honda Pietermaritzburg. My car was towed in for repairs on Monday 13th of January. I have called repeatedly for feedback and only once have they called me. Feeling frustrated with lack of information as to what’s going on.
