Terrible service

Bought a brand new Suzuki Ertiga from Suzuki Thorp N1 City received the vehicle on the 16 of September. Up and till today no communication regarding my vehicle license. Today my temp license expire. What the hell is going on with that branch. If the vehicle gets pounded who will take responsibility?
