Terrible service

extremely terrible service from the sales and manager as well as finance section.

We have been at suzuki umhlanga in kzn to purchase a vehicle suzuki swift. They had deliberated over 2 weeks with us and said that we will get the car for R185000 and thereafter made us run around with documents for 2 weeks and hoping to get the car. Then the finance manager calls and gives us attitude and was so rude regarding getting financing and then kept reqiesting more unnecessary documents. Finally they call and say now they can give the car at R195000. The sales person was extremely useless and rude and not helpful at all. He says its our mistake when they have been giving us 3 different prices and wasted 2 weeks of our time etc.
