Terrible Service

<p>Brought my sisters car because the gears were not smooth and making noise. The 1st time the workshop manager told us that it's because of the Winter season that they are faulty. Even made an example with butter. When we brought it the 2nd time, we were told that during the service gear oil wasn't topped up. If there's any damage that was caused because of their negligence, who will be liable for that.</p>
