Terrible experience with Suzuki - *********** customers

I would like to make everyone aware of a con happening at Suzuki Northcliff. I have purchased my first car from them and agreed on a price. After contacting the bank regarding the finance i see that the financed amount is much more than agreed and signed upon. When contacting Suzuki they advise that this is additional costs added by the bank. When logging a request with the bank, i realise that Michael Govender from Suzuki Northcliff sent through an additional invoice for around 6 thousand that was paid by the bank. When contacting Michael he says that they do this with all clients. Now i am left to try and get my finance sorted out with no help from Suzuki whatsoever. The bank cant refinance as they have already paid Suzuki. What an absolutely terrible experience. Surely this can not be legal? How are they getting away with this
