System providing false information

Good Day

Today I went to purchase big end conrod bearings for my Ciaz at Suzuki Northcliff however when Purchase and order was processed the system aswell as parts estimate/invoice showed it was a set Upon collection we were advised that this was only 1 item which doesnt make sense as the system advised its a set A reason for this was not given we were only advised order additional 7 bearings and we would have to wait until Monday to collect please advise how I should proceed.
